ACC on Clubsports

Welcome to ClubSports365 (CS365), Amersham Cricket Club's new website and club management platform. This website will be used for all club management from 1 May 2026 and will be replacing the existing system that has been in operation for 20 years.

What CS365 provides:

The ability to update your availability for matches and training.
To see all upcoming matches and past results.
To pay match fees and subscriptions where appropriate.
To view all upcoming club events and pay where appropriate.
To message amongst your teams and therefore lessening the need for WhatsApp groups.
The ability to manage and hire the Club’s facilities.
All of which is available in an App.

Once you have received your login details, please ensure all of your details are accurate and for Parents, please ensure your Junior Safeguarding Form is up to date for your child. Please also check spam folders for the welcome email.

In addition to the website, you can also download the ClubSports365 App from your usual provider of such things, and have the benefit of more flexibility at your fingertips.

The old system will need to be maintained for a few months, until we can secure the historical records and upload them into the this one. Once the data has been moved across, we will re-appoint the existing domain name, and the old website will be archived. However, to reiterate, this website will be used for everything except checking personal stats from 1 May 2026.

Finally, all matches should be set up and scored on PlayCricket. Following the completion of the match, the result and scorecards will be accessible in the website. It will open up the relevant PlayCricket page.

Changing systems is never simple, but please adopt and embrace this change, and as a team we can benefit from the improved functionality and visibility it will provide across the Club's. As always, if you have any feedback on the website, then please get in touch with your team admin or captain.
