HEREFORDSHIRE WALKING CRICKET
Walking Cricket is a low-impact, slower-paced version of traditional cricket, played indoors with softer equipment (soft balls, plastic bats) and adapted rules, focusing on walking instead of running for batting, bowling, and fielding, making it ideal for older adults, those with reduced mobility, or newcomers to enjoy the game's core elements, fostering fitness, social connection, and fun in a supportive environment.
