OKTOBERFEST Entertainment

We are bringing the spirit of Oktoberfest to Hereford on Saturday 27th September. 

Join us for an evening of Bavarian fun, where we transform Hereford Rugby Club into a classic German beer hall.

Expect benches laden with a feast of German food, a bar stocked with beers, wines and cocktails, an amazing live band and plenty of fancy dress fun.

Times: Doors open at 7:00pm, food served 7:30pm, carriages at midnight

Your £20 ticket includes entrance, entertainment and your meal  

The bar will be fully stocked with beer, wine, cider, cocktails and soft drinks.

Your meal will be a Bavarian platter of roasted and smoked meats, sauerkraut, mustard, bread rolls.  Vegetarian option available, too, just let us know when you book!

Entertainment is provided throughout the evening by a live band playing covers.

Our resident DJ will turn up the singalong tunes and party classics later in the evening!

Fancy dress Bavarian attire is encouraged! We will be giving a prize for the best dressed Mann und Frau!

This is an 18+ event and we operate a Challenge 25 policy. Please drink responsibly. Offensive fancy dress or inappropriate behaviour will result in ejection. Be nice and have fun. Prost!
