HALESOWEN CC FIREWORKS AND BONFIRE NIGHT 2026


OVERVIEW

Gates open at 5:30pm on the evening with 2 separate firework displays at 7:30pm and 8:30pm.

Fair Rides and Side Stalls will be positioned around the ground. Hot and cold food options will be available on the evening, with indoor and outdoor bars serving a wide selection of drinks.

*U-16's will only be admitted with adult or family group.

There will be no parking on site. Limited paid parking is available from our friends at Halesowen Athletics and Cycling Club on Manor Way for £5 per car. Street parking is available locally with multi-storey carparks available a short distance away.

Family Ticket provides entry - X2 Adults and X2 U-16's.

Children under 3 enter for free.

Please note we do not have disabled accessible toilet facilities onsite.

Please wear appropriate footwear.

GETTING TO THE EVENT

Please consider and plan your journey to and from the event in advance. It is important to bear in mind that there is NO onsite parking for this event including disabled parking.

ON FOOT

We know that a lot of people who have purchased tickets live locally and we recommend, where possible, that people attending the event arrive on foot from home. PUBLIC

TRANSPORT

The event is easy to get to and from by local bus services. Bus services regularly run to Halesowen Bus Station (10 min walk) or Woodman Close (1 min walk)

CAR PARKING

Please note there will be no on-site car parking for the event including disabled parking, and parking restrictions on the roads surrounding the cricket club will be in force. WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE EVENT

Entry to the event is through the main gates at the top of Dogkennel Lane or on Grange Road. You will need to have your tickets accessible for scanning, either printed out or available via your mobile device. Anyone without a valid ticket will be denied entry.

BAG CHECKS

In addition to ticket checks, bags will also be searched. We don’t have any cloakrooms in our venue and for security reasons, bags bigger than a standard rucksack (approx 35(W)x17(D)x42(H)cm) aren’t allowed.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

All bags must meet our Bag Policy above, although medical exemptions apply. And any item which is deemed to be offensive or abusive, compromises public safety, or might be used as a weapon, will be confiscated and reported to the police.

BARS

There are three bar areas at the event.

CLUB HOUSE BAR

The Club House bar is situated in the Main Clubhouse Building, serving a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There will be a second draft bar in the clubhouse and bar only serving cans.

MEMBERS BAR

Also in the Club House is a members bar where Halesowen Cricket Club members can purchase drinks.

OUTSIDE BAR

There will be an outside bar just in front of the clubhouse. All cricket club bars are cashless and only card payments will be accepted.


FAIRGROUND RIDES AND STALLS

The fairground rides and stalls at the event are operated independently of Halesowen Cricket Club and charge per ride. All stalls and rides take cash or card payment.


IMPORTANT SPECTATOR NOTICES

Please note that all persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old at all times during the event. Entry will not be permitted to persons with an under 16 ticket without a supervising adult presenting their party.


ALCOHOL POLICY

Please note no alcohol can be brought into the event by any spectator. Alcohol is available to purchase from the many bars inside the ground


EVENT CONTROL AND FIRST AID

If you experience any problems or require medical assistance the Event Control and First Aid Station will be located in the building to the side of the main clubhouse. We look forward to seeing you this evening and hope you enjoy the event.
